Our Arenas Resort Schweizerhof is located in the heart of the quiet, picturesque Engadine village of Sils-Maria at 1,800 metres above sea level, in the Upper Engadine lakes region. Public transport, and beautiful hiking and cross-country skiing trails are located next to the hotel. The Engadin Bus takes you from the hotel directly to the spectacular ski and hiking areas of the Upper Engadine. Horse-drawn carriages/sleighs for excursions into the romantic Fex valley start in front of the Arenas Resort Schweizerhof.

Getting here
By train: In Chur, change to the Rhätische Bahn (RhB) towards St. Moritz. Change to the Engadin Bus or the post bus. The trip to Sils-Maria, bus stop "Posta", takes about 20 minutes. The walking distance from the bus stop to the hotel is about 5 minutes.
By car: Travel via Chur, Thusis, Julierpass and Silvaplana to Sils-Maria. Rather than crossing the Julier Pass, you can also use the Rhätische Bahn's Vereina car transporter from Klosters-Selfranga to Sagliains through the Vereina tunnel. From there, proceed via St. Moritz to Sils-Maria. For guests with cars, parking is available in the hotel for a fee.
